How to set timezone |
ArthaChitra saves the incoming real-time ticks/data in your PC's hard disk. This lets you view the charts etc in offline mode also. Each incoming real-time ticks are time-stamped indicating the time of its origin. The connection/API (to which ArthaChitra is connected) may or may not transmit the time-stamp information. In case the connection/API does not transmit the time-stamp, then ArthaChitra uses the local PC time to further tag the incoming tick.
In case you are in a different time-zone (than that of the market you are trading with) this can create an anomaly while tagging the time-stamp. To resolve the scenario you can set the timezone information of your preferred market in ArthaChitra.
In Main View menu bar goto Settings > Options > General tab
Select an appropriate 'Timezone'
Click Ok
Restart ArthaChitra
