My AV is blocking Arthachitra

My AV 360Total Security was blocking the installation.
However I have installed after temporary inactivating the AV
But it is again blocking and showing Trojan warning , the screenshot I have attached.
Please post your remedy.
We also need more you tube videos of the functioning of the SW(only one available so far)

Welcome to the forum and thanks for your post.

Please add ArthaChitra in the list of Exclusion in Norton 360 to resolve the scenario.

• In Norton 360 goto the "Settings" tab.
• Select "Antivirus" from the Detailed Settings field.
• Under the "Scans and Risks" tab, scroll down to the bottom
• Locate the "Exclusions / Low Risks" section
• Next to "Items to Exclude from Auto-Protect, SONAR...etc" click on "Configure [+]"
• In the window pop up labeled "Real Time Exclusions" click "Add" and browse to the ArthaChitra installation folder (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\ArthaChitra 1)
• Make sure to check the box for "Include subfolders"
• Click "OK"
• Click "Apply"

My apologies, it seems you are using 360 Total Security.

In such case please open 360 Total Security and click on the 3 little lines on the Top Right of the application
Click Settings
Click on "Trust List"
Click on "Add a file"
Browse to the ArthaChitra installation folder (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\ArthaChitra 1) and add SharpCharts.exe
