Sharpcharts

Was able to successfully install the software. However, when I try to add a new chart and select the scrip I want, it comes up with a Windows error "Sharpcharts has stopped working" and then it exits the program.

Please advise

Hello,
To assist you further may I know, are you on Windows 10.

If so please try downloading and installing this font and see if you are able to open a chart.

If you are still having the scennario then please send the log file and the Default workspace to support[at]arthachitra[dot]com

You can locate the log file at <My Documents>\ArthaChitra 1\Logs folder.
Please send the relevant file

You can locate the workspace in the folder <My Documents>\ArthaChitra 1\Workspaces\
Please send the “Default.xml” file.

Yes, am using Windows 10.

The font installation did the trick . Thanks a lot for the assistance.

Will experiment more tomorrow with NOW connection and as and will install the RSI/MACD/Volume profite zip files as well
